We have reasonable rates for our level of expertise and quality of services – generally about half what you’ld have to spend at Tekserve (closed), Geek Squad and far less than the average $140 and up/hr our competition generally charges for an On-site support call. We offer both On-site and Off-site (Drop-off or Remote) support, for those jobs that do not require an actual housecall visit for lower cost.  A word about Hard Drives: Every hard drives will fail eventually! Be prepared and always have this in mind;  So make sure you have a backup plan for your important data! (and if you need repair on an external hard drive, call us) If you do not have backup for your computer, I urge you, do not wait another minute, contact me to help you get one immediately!
